Having imported my data from Excel into FilemakerPro, I hoped to augment my dataset by inserting images and PDFs into my table so that the table entry for each artwork would have its title, author, patron, date, image, and PDFs of articles relevant to those images. For that reason, I uploaded around 40 relevant images and PDFs individually onto Filemaker (a collage of my results shown in Screenshot 12) as separate records, which was a big mistake because then they would not be merged with the already existing chart. Then, remembering the lecture on inserting images and PDFs, I created two container fields (process shown on Screenshot 13) and designated one for images and one for PDFs. I then inserted all the images into the table, and my final result can be seen on Screenshot 14.

As I was looking through the PDFs that I could insert into the table, I realized that I still have too few PDFs to need a separate column for them (the reason being that most of what I have read about the artworks in the table had been from printed books). I therefore ruled out the idea of creating a separate column for PDFs for the moment, but, now that I know how to insert PDFs into the table, I am planning on doing so in the future as I get more electronic sources on each painting.
